HMEI 5.7L question

Hello board,

I wanted to know if the 5.7l HMEI shown in the pics has the MDS system, it looks like it has to me, never opened one before so I can't tell the difference at simple look. According to the VIN where was the engine (Durango 2005) it doe shave MDS system. But in the part list for s short assambly block, there are two option or codes, with and w/o MDS system.

I just want to be sure it is the MDS model.

I guess was a "WOT" when the HB felt into the river according to the lil story that arrive to the shopp with the HB together. We all know water doesn't compress, rest it's history.
