    no.

One of the byproducts of combustion is water.. the dynocraps will rust from the inside out. Before it rusts and falls apart, completely you'll have to live with a day to day buzzing and drone as the baffles inside start to rust themselves loose.

complete crap. i've had one that did it, and have seen others that did this.

mine lasted about 8 months of daily driving before the buzz.. and less than 2 months before i couldnt take it, and replaced it.

Honestly unless you are going with borla xr-1 mufflers(which are center in/out) just go with magnaflow.
    But here you go:

    Flowtech Terminator 3" muffler

I was originally going to go with a Flowmaster, but the only 3" muffler in stock at the time I got the hair up my ass & finally got this done was the Flow Terminator. I also got rid of my cat, So from about 2" in front of the cat there is a 3" X 30" pipe going into the Terminator muffler to my stock 3" tail pipe section. It sounds awesome, butis a bit on the loud side. I will try to get some pics or a video up soon.

Hmm I feel like I should get in on this

001: Stock manifold, stock y-pipe, stock pipe, shitty rusted cat, stock exhaust, sounded like punching a wasps nest with firecrackers. You can figure the result.

002: Stock manifold, stock y-pipe, 2.5 pipe into car sound cat, 20" Thrush glasspack, custom dual turn down immediately after glasspack. I.e More glasspack than pipe. Starting made my mom pissed and car alarms a block away to go off. Made straight pipe diesel trucks cream their turbo's. Word of warning: NEVER GO ON A ROADTRIP WITH THIS SETUP EVAR! MUSIC CANT DROWN OUT THE DRONE.

003: Current setup. Stock manifold, stock y-pipe, 3" pipe, car sound cat, 14" length Magnaflow muffler, 3" turndown dump instead of tailpipe. Its a nice tone, good cruising sound, but gets your attention when on it. Usually get the double-take when people go to look.

All stock sept a 44 series flowmaster. Deeper tone at idle, little drone but quiet cruzing, turns heads when I'm on it. If I can figure out how to post vids i will.

Ok so now that I have a photobucket account lets see if this works, sorry for the crappiness I took this with my digi cam.[ame=http://s1005.photobucket.com/albums/af172/apstang50/?action=view&current=MOV01708.flv][/ame]

    Saleeno-

Did we ever hear back from Kolak about a 304 Stainless version of his famous tail pipe?

Kudos on the kick out. Mine likes to get the corner of the bumper nice and carbon'd up; a nice hue or richness.

so i had a high flow cat and a straight pipe in place of gibson exhaust kit out the ass. load was an understatement could drown out a construction sit full of equipment running. I just put a flow pro muffler and stock replacement tube on now i can get away quietly no cops pulling me over for WOT takeoff's and no more tickets. yes bad side stock replacement good side cheap and no ticket. better side coming off next year with full 3inch and 408 sc motor going in.

First set up I had to remove the stock muffler because I demolished it on a trail ride. Nice mellow tone at idle. Throaty sound up in the RPMs. Many compliments on how it sounded!

Currently I am running no cat no muffler y'd into duals and exits on each side before rear tires. Loud and Proud! Get compliments on it all the time from all the old car enthusiasts around here. One time an older fellow stopped me and said '' I heard this sweet sounding, what I thought to be, older muscle car coming down the block then your Jeep drives by!''

Ok,,, slight problem on my new 408 build,,, I purchased the Edelbrock headers last year ( just putting on now ) and realize the collector pipe is stock 2 1/2"

Can I go up to 3" right away to the Cat then muffler? I was also going to try to put an electric cut-out .......

I also have one of the first run of SS 3" Kolak tail pipes so I want to use that as well.

Current setup is 2 1/2" Hi flow Cat and a 2 1/2 Magnaflow then up to stock tail pipe.

So I guess in a nutshell what are people running with Edelbrock Headers on a 5.9?
