    dont buy aluminum collector gaskets.

they are the biggest waste of money EVER.

for the record - these started leaking 1 hour after install.

I feel your pain. I bought those same gaskets for Formula, and they came apart in 6K miles.

Uh, when did I say the al's were spectres?? U know what happens when u assume?

And the spectre gaskets are decent - the gasket on the other collector is a spectre with over a year on em.

I tried copper header gaskets and they wouldn't seal for ****.

i had copper header gaskets and there were the only damn things that did seal. then used the performance fel pro gaskets autozone has got. and then aluminum ones for the final flange on the headers. they were total seal from advance and this setup had no leaks ever in its lifetime
a.k.a the aerodynamic brick. dark slate niner gun metal ultrastars, aem intake, edelbrock headers waiting install.
