Question Required upgrade/refresh parts with a new cam?

Just bought a new cam , from what I have read the specs are of a milder cam. That should have decent idle and better performance than stock:

Any comments on this cam selection are most welcome

Jeep 5.9 stock engine with 79k on the clock. Apart from bearings what should be replaced when installing?

With that 108 LSA, that thing will sound like... frumpity frumpity frumpity. I'm running the same cam (210x) but with 110 LSA and I'm using 1:7 rockers to net .544 lift. You'll need a tune to clear the misfire codes and maximize performance. Kegger will rob power. Better heads, intake manifold, headers and a torque converter will exploit the cam power. Good luck!
